e-Tasbeeh Android app
This privacy policy applies only to the e-Tasbeeh mobile app. It describes how the app accesses, collects, uses, and shares user and device data, which types of parties receive that data, how the data is protected, how long it is kept, and how you can delete it.
Visitors to the alehsanmt.com website should read the separate website privacy notice. That notice does not describe the e-Tasbeeh app.
e-Tasbeeh is a digital Tasbeeh (dhikr counter). Counting and preferences stay on your device.
The app may store the following in private local storage on your device only. This information is used to run the app. It is not sent to Al-Ehsan Media & Tech, Syed Ehsan Ul Haq, or any third party, so it is not collected or shared.
e-Tasbeeh does not access, collect, use, or share the following personal or sensitive user data:

That information is not used for advertising, profiling, analytics, or sale.
If you enable Gentle reminders, Android may ask for notification permission. The app then schedules reminders on your device. Reminders are processed locally. They are not used to track you across apps or websites, and they are not sent to us.
If you enable the floating companion, Android may ask for permission to display over other apps. The companion is a floating bead counter so you can continue dhikr while using other apps. It does not read the contents of other apps, and it is not used for advertising or analytics. While it is on, Android may show a persistent notification for the overlay. You can turn the companion off in Settings or from the companion controls.
If you enable haptic feedback, the app uses the device vibrator when you count. Vibration is not used to collect or share data.
e-Tasbeeh does not share user data with any third party. No user data from the app is shared with:
We do not sell personal or sensitive user data. The app does not include third-party code that collects user data.
Google Play may process information under Google’s privacy policy when you download or update the app from the Play Store. That processing is by Google. The e-Tasbeeh app does not receive that information and does not forward it.
If you open this privacy policy or alehsanmt.com in a browser, the browser is separate from the app. The app does not collect data about that visit.
Information the app stores remains in the app’s private storage on your device. The app does not transmit that information over the internet. We do not operate a server or database of e-Tasbeeh users, so there is no remote copy to secure or breach.
On-device information remains on your device until you delete it. e-Tasbeeh does not offer user accounts, so there is no account to delete and no server-side copy of your dhikr history.
You may email contact@alehsanmt.com with a privacy question. We cannot delete a server copy of app data because we do not keep one.
e-Tasbeeh is not directed at children under 13 and is not offered as a Google Play Designed for Families product. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If we change how e-Tasbeeh accesses, collects, uses, or shares user data, we will update this page and the effective date before that change. The same URL will continue to host this privacy policy.
